Each home has a managerial and organisational structure among staff, however staff do work as a team and each member of staff is involved in the care of individual clients. Clients are assigned a key worker who works closely with them to devise and implement their care plan. We as a company offer a highly client focused service that welcomes comments or suggestions about its operation from residents to their carers. Either formally through the weekly residents meetings, or informally by talking to any member of staff.

We also recognise the importance for residents of maintaining contacts with friends and family. Visitors are welcome in communal areas within the visiting hours.

It is recognised by us that life in a communal setting and sometimes the nature of mental health care, can be invasive of a clients ability to enjoy the pleasure of being alone and undisturbed. We strive to retain as much privacy as possible for our residents and discreetly provide any medical and intimate care.
